General Policies
All families are required to complete our legal waiver for enrollment.
Programs are scheduled by day of the week. Families can commit to any combo of days but must commit to an entire semester. Same pick-up spot for all days.
No registration fee. The checkout price today is a deposit to hold a spot for a single student or two siblings.
We offer a 10% sibling discount! After you complete the booking for the first student, go back and book a second student using the code “SIBLING” under “Redeem Coupon”. Please note that we have a smaller capacity for pre-K enrollment so, before payment, check availability through the registration links to ensure admission for mixed age siblings.
After school tuition is pro-rated to reflect all holidays/DOE scheduled days off.
Families may choose from two dismissal time options: 5:30pm or 6:30pm.
Wild Ferns will be partnering with the following Brooklyn New York schools for the upcoming 2023-2024 year: PS 10, PS 39, PS 107, PS 154, PS 321, K 280. If your school is not on this list, it’s still possible to drop them off in the park with us or add a school to the rotation. In the final form before checkout, select “Other school” and our team will reach out to arrange details.
No sessions during Thanksgiving Recess (Thursday - Friday November 23 - 24 ), Winter Recess (Monday - Monday December 25th - January 1st), and Staff Training (Thursday - Friday September 7 - 8)

All arts and crafts materials are provided. Families are encouraged to send a nourishing nut free snack to feed the spirits of these hungry explorers.

If your child is absent from programming due to illness you will receive a credit for one after school session. You are eligible to schedule make up days for after school with advance notice of a minimum of 3 days. Make up days will be honored based on the size of groups and available staffing. After school credits are not eligible towards our holiday camp programming. If you know your child will be absent due to family plans changing you must provide at least two weeks notice to be eligible for a credit. We are happy to schedule in-advance and later make up days as group sizes and staffing permit.
